Venison deer hams

  • 1 deer ham
  • 12 oz of bacon
  • 2 onions
  • barbecue sauce

    Take deer ham and cut meet to the bone and pack with bacon and onions.....place on grill....grill for about 1 hour...then slowly start pouring sauce over meat and keep cooking pierce meat at the same time...cook till desired doneness
    this is great meat!
