Oven Venison Stew

  • 2 lbs. venison, cut in cubes
  • 6 to 8 carrots, chunks
  • 1 stalk or 2 celery, cut diagonally
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup tomato juice

    Put vegetables over meat. Mix remaining ingredients, pour over all. Cover. Bake 4 hours, at 250 degrees. Oh so good!
