Oven Venison Stew
2 lbs. venison, cut in cubes
6 to 8 carrots, chunks
1 stalk or 2 celery, cut diagonally
1 onion, sliced
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. tapioca
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup tomato juice
Put vegetables over meat. Mix remaining ingredients, pour over all. Cover. Bake 4 hours, at 250 degrees. Oh so good!
