Error 691 Username or Password

When you get this error message, it usually means that something is typed incorrectly.
Check to make sure that you have your full email address (including the @outdrs.net) in the username box and that it is spelled correctly.
If you loaded one of our CD's, then you only need the first part of your email address (without the @outdrs.net) in the username box.
Clear out the password box and retype your password. This is case sensitive.
If you are not sure what your password is, then you will need to call our tech support.
