- When you get this error message, it usually means that something is typed incorrectly.
- Check to make sure that you have your full email address (including the @outdrs.net) in the username box and that it is spelled correctly.
- If you loaded one of our CD's, then you only need the first part of your email address (without the @outdrs.net) in the username box.
- Clear out the password box and retype your password. This is case sensitive.
- If you are not sure what your password is, then you will need to call our tech support.
