Make New Connection

Double-click on My Computer.
Double-click on Dial-up Networking.
Double-click on the Make New Connection icon.
Type outdrs.net in the Connection Name box, then click Next.
Type in the access number on the right side under Phone Number. If you need to use the area code to make a local call to this particular city then type the area code along with the phone number all on the right side under Phone Number.
Click Finish.
Right-click on the new outdrs.net connection and select properties.
Uncheck the box that says Use Area Code and Dialing Properties.
Click on the Server Types tab.
Make sure that only Enable Software Compression is checked in the Advanced Options box.
Make sure that only TCP/IP is selected in the Allowed Network Protocols box.
Click OK.
Right-click on the outdrs.net connection again and select Create Shortcut.
Click YES.
