Directions to set up Outlook 2010 on W-7

Click on Start, Look for Microsoft Outlook

Click on that and then Microsoft Outlook 2010

If the wizard doesn't start Click on File in top left corner

Then Add Account

Type in Your name

Type in your Email Address (the full email address)

Type in your Password and then again

Click on Manually configure server settings or additional servers

Click Next, this window will already be checked on Internet E-mail, now click Next

On this page it should have your name and email address in there already.

Choose POP for outdrs and Imap for Libertea.us

Now type mail.outdrs.net for incoming (mail.libertea.us)

Type the same for outgoing (SMTP)

Under Logon Information type your full email address and then your password

Do not check the box next to Require logon using secure password authentication

Don't click Next, click More Settings

Now click on Advanced and change Outgoing Server (SMTP) to 587.

Now click on Outgoing server, check the box that says, "My server requires authentication."

Also UNCHECK the box, LEAVE A COPY OF MESSAGES ON THE SERVER.

Click OK
