If you loaded our CD just give us a call. If you were setup manually please follow the directions below.

To Change the Access Number with Windows 2000 or XP: 

• Click on Start, go to Settings and then Control Panel
• Double-click on Internet Options
• Click on the Connection Tab
• Click on Settings
• Click on Properties
• Replace the phone number listed with your new number.   

On WINDOWS 95 or WINDOWS 98, go to My Computer, DUN, right-click on outdrs.net, left on Properties, change number and click OK. 

On WINDOWS ME, you have to go to Control Panel to get to DONE. 

On a Mac, To change on MAC OS 8x-9 have them go to the apple in the upper left hand corner, then control panels, then remote access.  Change the number right there and then click file and quit.  Make sure you click SAVE when it asks to save changes

On OS 10 (X) goto the APPLE in the upper left hand corner, then system preferences, click network, then click the PPP tab.  Change the number right there.  Then have them click up on the top menu bar next to file where is says SYSTEM PREFS and then click quit, its the same deal, have them click save and that’s all you have to do.
