Obtain IP Address Automatically.
  • Check the properties of the dialer under TCP/IP Settings. Make sure that it is set to Server Assigned IP Address.

  • Check the properties of the Network Control Panel's TCP/IP Dial-Up Adapter. Make sure that it is set to Obtain an IP Address Automatically.

  • Uninstall and reinstall dialer and network settings.

  • If none of this works, please call Tech Support for assistance.
