Obtain IP Address Automatically.
- Check the properties of the dialer under TCP/IP Settings. Make sure that it is set to Server Assigned IP Address.
- Check the properties of the Network Control Panel's TCP/IP Dial-Up Adapter. Make sure that it is set to Obtain an IP Address Automatically.
- Uninstall and reinstall dialer and network settings.
