Welcome to Parma Hgts., Ohio
- How much has Parma Heights borrowed in the last 4 years?
I understand that the
Cornerstone Project was eventually supposed to be paid by the
developer. However, Cornerstone has obviously gone bankrupt. Apparently
Parma Heights made a commitment to the project of at least 2.4 million
(which was borrowed). Won't it be determined
by the court, whatever, if anything, Parma
Heights recovers of their 2.4 million?
- Has Parma
Heights also committed to other "ENHANCEMENTS" of the former Cornerstone
Project?
The Project has apparently spent about 25 million before this
bankruptcy. Did its Garage cost 12.2 million so far? What was Parma
Heights' role and commitment to it.
How will this be recovered? How can
we find this out?
- Is it true that the new
developer will pay about 10 million for the Project that already has about
25 million invested in it?
Were
the nice looking Tree Planters by the Business section of Parma Heights
paid only by a Federal Grant or also by Parma
Heights?
Side Street Repairs
- Didn't Parma Heights also
borrow money to pay for over 24 Side Street repairs and about another
dozen streets' to be paved? Recently wasn't
there an additional 2.4 million borrowed?
- Has Parma Heights now borrowed about its safe limit; in other words, has
Parma Heights pretty much reached its safe
limit?
